Seasons start and end dates are dependent upon weather conditions and subject to change.
No extra charge for power for short-term stays of 7 nights or less.
Power price annual average is .23 cents per kWh, monthly fluctuations range from .20 and .28 cents per kWh
(we do not markup power—you pay what we pay).
Power consumption varies from person to person, with winter daily usage as high as 65kWh and as low as 20kWh (space heaters tend to use the most power). And with summer daily usage as high as 35kWh and as low as 5kWh (air conditioners tend to use the most power).
Rates for stays of 7 nights or more offer the best value with the ability to monitor and conserve power if desired.
